Today is an “B” Day
Here is a special Message from your own PCS Guidance
“May is Mental Health Month...Being emotionally healthy
is just as important as being physically healthy. Here are two ways you
can be have positive mental health...
Value yourself: Treat yourself with respect and
avoid self-criticism 2. Surround yourself with good people:
People who have strong, positive family or social connections tend to
healthier than those who lack support so spend time with friends or get
involved in a club.”
This is a reminder for ALL
JUNIORS. Don’t forget that you will be having your photographs taken in
the Wrestling/Workout Room during your scheduled time on Tuesday or
Wednesday. You were given your slot during Mrs. Austin’s class last
week. If you have any issues, please see Mrs. Welty. You should
be bringing one formal outfit and two casual outfits that day. You can
also bring any props that you might want included in the photographs.
The PCS Student Council has
coordinated with the Student Council of Allegany –Limestone to have a beach
volleyball tournament at Good Times of Olean from 6-8pm on Wednesday, May 24th.
The teams have already been made, but it would be great if ALL students from
PCS came and supported our Panthers. It is free and should be an
entertaining time. Please consider attending!
